Worked closely with clients and support teams to develop email creative for various business lines and their respective products and services. Designed emails from concept to delivery. All emails were coded with AAA best practices in mind, as part of the best practices—every email was tested with Litmus to ensure proper rendering across email viewers.
Coded HTML emails, conducted testing on different platforms to ensure that the emails have the same look and feel when viewed on different computers, and mobile devices. Designed the layout and established the look and feel of the newspaper. I created a series of portable document files (*.pdf) for printing purposes. This position required an understanding of visual translation, and the delegation of responsibilities to others working on the paper. Participated in the redesign of the paper, which resulted in an 18% increase in revenue.
